Technology is a tool. Revenue is a tool. People are the purpose. If something grows the system but harms people → we don't do it.

The Village is not a brand. It's not a program. It's a collective. No extraction. This is co-creation, not consumption.

Play is not a reward. It's not a break. It's how we learn, connect, and build. We never move play out to look "more serious" or "more fundable."

GENEROSITY AS A SYSTEM.
Generosity isn't occasional — it's built into the model. If the model only works for TTV, not the Village → it's broken.

TTV is a connector of ecosystems — not a destination, not a silo. We don't become siloed, rigid, or dependent on one pipeline.
